Overseen by two Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr and presented by the hotel’s wonderful head chef,  ‘Seasgair by Michel Roux Jr’, which is Gaelic for warm, cosy and comfortable,signals a return to how guests dined at Inverlochy Castle when it was owned by Mrs Hobbs, and her vivacious cook Mary Shaw would create a menu showcasing the best seasonal produce each night.
